This app is for you, if you hate shopping as much as I do!

I've developed this app idea that blends the physical with the virtual and allows shoppers to stay connected to their larger network of friends anywhere as she shop. Using MAR through the camera few in addition to a great set of features, shoppers are no longer bothered with long queues or impatient shop managers. This app will give them access to all the information they need while shopping and then share it instantly and receive feedback before it's their turn to pay!

It's 1:30 pm on an extremely cold London’s February weekday. I am just starting my blog after 10 failing tries over the span of 5 years! Yeah I am that lazy! Let's see how far I will get this time.

In a nutshell, I am a senior creative working across film and digital (and mobile, which is digital but hey, you know what I mean). By senior creative I am not referring to age. In a job interview last summer, a lady asked me, what does "senior" mean to you?

After thinking for about 5 seconds, I realized that I never really thought about the definition of the word. It was one of those questions where you think, “hmmm, it’s too basic but too smart at the same time”. So trying to answer quickly (which is a bad habit of mine really), I said, “Seniority to me is the level of depth you reach analysing or working on a project. It is more like being more strategic than executional”. She seemed to have liked my answer- and to tell you the truth I liked it too. It has always been the case for me, the best of my thoughts are the ones I don’t think about in advance but rather pull out of my observations and thoughts “storage” that I have been accumulating over the years…. Here we go again, that last sentence just came up!

Anyway, in the next few days I will be adding more to this blog. I warn you, most of the entries will be related to filmmaking, and the second most will be about the creative digital realm. The best of the posts will be combining both, but they might be rare. I might occasionally post some random thoughts but for your own sake, I’ll try to minimise those

Stay tuned and if I disappear, do nudge me…. It gets quite hectic here but I really want to bring the blogging habit into my daily routine, even if it is merely to vent.

Speaking of venting and before I go, I’ll leave you with a link to an old note that I wrote 2 years ago about how silly Facebook posts were getting. Since then, Facebook did introduce many good features to make it less painful for someone like me (e.g. unfollow post). However, I think my note still stands
